14. What if my product is damaged or defective?

All shipping claims or issues must also be reported within 24 hours. After 24 hours it will be assumed that the product has successfully reached you and accepted. As for technical faults, warranty terms apply.
15. Can I return or exchange the product?
Yes. We have easy return and exchange policy. If you return the product in as is condition the way it was sent to you, your money will be refunded in the form of store credit which can be used for buying anything in our store. In case of exchange, reshipping will be paid by the customer.
