1. Any Physical damage to product has to be reported within 24 hours of receipt along with the video (to be made at time of opening the parcel) to 7011898220.
2. No money refund policy, only replacement and rectification.
3. The policy of customer remorse doesn't apply I.e. It doesn't fit my need / I don't like it / Not the one i am looking for etc.
4. Customer to retain the packaging of the laptop for entire warranty period, to avoid in transit damages in future (if need be).
