What does certified refurbished mean?

A certified refurbished laptop is a pre-owned device that has been professionally inspected, cleaned and tested for functionality before being offered by RentOPC.

Are RentOPC laptops tested?

Yes. We check key functions such as the display, keyboard, ports, storage, performance and other relevant hardware. Only devices that pass our quality checks are offered for sale or rent.

Who are these laptops suitable for?

They are suitable for students, professionals, remote workers, startups, offices and businesses looking for reliable computing at better value.

Warranty & returns

Do you provide a warranty?

Yes. RentOPC provides a total 6-month repair warranty on the product, subject to the applicable warranty terms. The first 5 days from delivery are covered by our no-questions-asked replacement / return policy, and those 5 days are included within the same 6-month warranty period. The 5-day period does not come in addition to the 6 months.

What is the replacement / return period?

Eligible replacement or return requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery. This 5-day period is included within the overall 6-month warranty period.

What happens after the first 5 days?

After the first 5 days, eligible product issues are handled under the repair warranty for the remainder of the overall 6-month warranty period, subject to the applicable warranty terms.

Delivery & payment

Do you ship across India?

Yes, we offer doorstep delivery across India. Delivery timelines vary by destination and logistics service.

How long does delivery take?

Delhi-NCR is generally delivered within 1 working day via local delivery partners such as Porter, subject to delivery location, product availability and logistics conditions. Across the rest of India, typical delivery is around 4–5 business days.

Is Cash on Delivery available?

Yes, COD is available across India, subject to applicable order and delivery conditions.

Upgrades & rentals

Can I upgrade RAM or storage?

Many laptops support RAM and SSD/HDD upgrades. You can request available upgrades before delivery.

Do you provide laptop rentals?

Yes. RentOPC provides laptop, desktop and server rental solutions for individuals and businesses.
