Body, chassis, hinges and panels inspected for structural damage.
02. Display Quality
Screen checked for brightness, flickering, lines, spots and visible pixel defects.
03. Keyboard
Every key tested for proper response and functionality.
04. Touchpad
Cursor movement, clicking, scrolling and gestures tested.
05. Battery
Battery charging and overall battery condition checked.
06. Power & Charging
Charging system, charging port and power functionality tested.
07. Processor
Processor model and functionality verified through diagnostic testing.
08. Storage
SSD/HDD detected, tested and checked for health and errors.
09. RAM / Memory
Installed memory capacity and stability verified.
10. Thermal Performance
Cooling system, fan operation and overheating behaviour checked.
11. Speakers
Audio output and speaker functionality tested.
12. Microphone
Built-in microphone tested for proper audio input.
13. Webcam
Camera functionality and image output tested.
14. Wi-Fi
Wireless connectivity tested for stable operation.
15. Bluetooth
Bluetooth detection and device connectivity tested where applicable.
16. USB Ports
All available USB ports individually tested.
17. HDMI / Display Output

18. Audio Port

Windows installation, drivers, boot, restart and shutdown verified.
22. Cleaning & Sanitization
Laptop professionally cleaned and sanitized before dispatch.
23. Data Privacy
Previous user data and accounts removed; device prepared for the new owner.
24. Serial Number & Configuration
Laptop identity and configuration verified against the product specifications.
25. Final Quality Inspection
Complete final inspection performed before the laptop is approved for sale.
