At RENTOPC, we aim to provide clear and transparent refund guidelines for our customers.
This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, replacements, or adjustments may be applicable.

We encourage customers to review product descriptions, warranty terms, and eligibility conditions carefully before making a purchase.
In case of a valid refund request, our support team assists customers through a structured resolution process.

This policy ensures fairness and clarity for both customers and our business operations.

We have easy 5 DAYS -NO QUESTION ASKED return and exchange policy. You have to inform us about returning the product in 48 hours of receipt. Upon receiving the product back money will be refunded in the form of 100% store credit which can be used for buying anything in our store or cash refund equivalent to 95% of invoice value. Amount of deduction will be limited to minimum 1000 INR, maximum 1500 INR. You can always contact us for any return question at teena@rentopc.com.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or wrong item has been delivered, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Unboxing video of the product is mandatory to evaluate the claim.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item through store credits. In case of exchange, re-shipping will be paid by the customer.
