Refund policy

We have easy return and exchange policy. You have to inform us about returning the product in 48 hours of receipt. Upon receiving the product back money will be refunded in the form of 100% store credit which can be used for buying anything in our store(instantly) or cash refund equivalent to 85% of invoice value(within 7 days).You can always contact us for any return question at teena@rentopc.com.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or wrong item has been delivered, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Unboxing video of the product is mandatory to evaluate the claim.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item through store credits. In case of exchange, re-shipping will be paid by the customer.
