1. Eligibility

  • Rentals are available only for registered businesses, companies, and institutions.
  • Individual rentals are not permitted.
  • Valid business documentation is required:
    • GST Certificate
    • PAN Card
    • Company Registration Proof
    • Authorized signatory ID proof

2. Rental Tenure Options

We offer flexible rental durations:3 months, 6 months, 12 months.

  • Rental period begins from the delivery date.
  • Early termination charges apply.
  • Rental period can be extended by informing us at least 10days before termination date.

3. Security Deposit

  • A refundable security deposit is required depending on order value.
  • Deposit is refunded within 7–10 business days after equipment return and inspection.
  • Deductions may apply for damages, missing parts, or unpaid dues.

4. Payment Terms

  • Monthly rental is billed in advance.
  • Accepted payment modes:
    • Bank Transfer
    • UPI
    • Corporate Cheque
  • Late payments may incur penalties or service suspension.

5. Delivery & Installation

  • Delivery is available across India.
  • Standard delivery timeline: 2–5 business days.
  • Devices are delivered ready to use with:
    • Licensed OS
    • Drivers & basic configuration
  • Additional software installation can be provided upon request.

6. Equipment Usage & Care

The renter agrees to:

Use equipment for business purposes only
Keep devices protected from damage, liquid, and physical shock
Not attempt unauthorized repairs or hardware modifications
Maintain devices in secure office environments


7. Maintenance & Technical Support

We provide:

Free remote technical support
Hardware replacement for manufacturing faults
Quick repair/replacement(conditional) in case of hardware failure

Support does not cover:

  • Physical damage
  • Liquid damage
  • Power surge damage
  • Misuse or negligence
  • False complaint

8. Damage & Loss Policy

  • Clients are responsible for the safety of rented equipment.
  • Charges apply for:
    • Physical damage
    • Missing charger or accessories
    • Theft or loss
  • In case of theft, an FIR copy must be submitted.

9. Replacement & Downtime Support

  • Faulty devices will be repaired within 48–72 hours (subject to location).
  • Replacement provided where repair is not feasible.

10. Early Termination Policy

If the rental is terminated before the agreed tenure, closure fee would be equivalent to full remaining rental and forfeit of security deposit.


11. Return Policy

At the end of the rental period:

  • Devices must be returned in proper working condition.
  • Pickup can be arranged upon request.
  • Inspection will be completed within 3 business days.
  • Late returns are subjected to additional daily charges.

12. Data Responsibility

  • Clients are responsible for backing up and removing data before return.
  • Rentopc is not responsible for data loss or recovery.

13. Ownership

All rented equipment remains the property of Rentopc.com


14. Agreement & Acceptance

By placing an order, the client agrees to abide by these rental terms and conditions.
